The product consists of cotton swabs and a tube containing a fresh-keeping solution. The sterilization. The sample tube body is made of PP, the cap is made of PE, the cotton swab is made of ABS, and the cotton swab head is made of nylon wool.
Sampling Tube
The sample tube body is transparent, the surface is smooth and clean, and the sticker is clean and complete.
There are no stains, obvious scratches and cracks in the tube. The thickness of the tube wall is uniform, without obvious bending and deformation. The cap is well coordinated with the pipe body, and the screws can be tightened without the phenomenon of skew cap.
Preservation Solution
The liquid is odorless, tasteless, and has no visible particles or impurities. There is no turbidity, foam or foaming in the process of transportation. It is normal to use.
Standard pH ranges from 7.0 to 8.5.

Sampling Swab
The sample swab should be clean, odorless, tasteless, the sample hair should be soft, and the surface should be free of yellow spots, impurities and hair loss.
When the speed of the clamp of the wave shear and connection hardness testing machine is 200mm/min, the pulling force on the sampling rod head and one end of the connecting rod is not less than 2N.
When the test width is 6cm (the width must avoid breaking), the plastic rod must be able to withstand a static pressure of 5N and last for 15 seconds without permanently deforming or breaking.
The head of the sampling swab must be fixed at a position of 90° vertical downward pressure. The wave short force of the sampling cotton swab must be greater than 2N.
The tube body filled with the retention liquid should be matched with the cover. The tube body and the cover should be kept undamaged and free of leakage of the retention liquid.
Product identification must be clear, free from damage, and free from damage.

Usage Method
Please wash your hands and open the outer packing of the sample swab before sampling. Please do not touch the head of the cotton swab after removing it.
According to different sampling requirements, use cotton swab to sample the corresponding parts.
Immediately after sampling, place the swab in a collection tube containing the preservation solution to avoid contact with other components.
Break the cotton swab, remove the tail, tighten the cap, and sample.
After sampling, place the virus sampling tube and store it, and send it to the inspection department for testing within 1 week.
Matters Needing Attention
Please make sure that the outer packing of the product is in good condition. Check the storage line to make sure there are no leaks.
This product is a disposable product, not allowed to use the second time.
Sampling procedures should be considered as potentially dangerous for infection and should be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
After use, the medical waste must be disposed of in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Important
Avoid the upper end of the swab touching the surface of the swab before sampling.
Care should be taken when placing a sample swab in your mouth because of the risk of suffocation.
After collecting pathogenic bacteria samples, in order to maximize the retention of pathogenic bacteria, a sampling cotton swab should be completely inserted into the preservation solution.
After use, the storage tube and cotton swab should be treated in accordance with the relevant medical waste treatment methods.
