PET pouch laminating film is most popular in dimension of 125micron(thickness) and A4(216mm*303mm) of size, and it is available in finish of glossy and matte, the glossy pouch laminating film is the most popular and suitable for nearly all general laminating applications, while matte pouch laminating film are advisable under the circumstances as below:
Afterprinting serves pouch lamination film thickness from 60micron to 250micron, popular in 125micron, 150micron. And the size is popular in A3(303*426mm), A4(216*303mm), customized size for customer is accepted.
Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as protective layer for paper material or photos. It is polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesion in advance and hot melt onto paper material when laminating.
Pouch laminating film is used for making simple and smaller laminates. We use to laminate id cards, tags and small paper materials. Lamination width is limited in pouch laminators. This is useful in offices and home.
Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is handy and need no training to operate. We use heat sensitive laminating film for pouch lamination. Sheet with lamination films passes through heated rollers and due to the effect of heat it sticks together. Heated rollers moves with reasonable speeds applying some pressure on the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute for bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
