FireLess 2.0 Clean Agent System Aerosol Based Automatic Fire Suppression System is developed from the military industry technology and applied its military industrial techniques to the civilian field. It is used to protect the tanks, warships, submarine and etc. Because of its 2 cubic meters protected volume, it is not only suitable for protecting the engine rooms of vehicles,luggage compartments, electrical cabinets and distribution cabinets, but also a good match for small safes and other storage rooms for small valuable. FireLess 2.0 fixed automatic aerosol fire-extinguishing device is non-pressure storage, and the fire extinguishing agent has humidity resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent performances. When the fire occurs, the fire extinguishing agent is activated by electric initiator or heat sensitive wire of fire extinguishing device, and a large number of subnanoscale solid particles and inert gas mixture are produced rapidly, acting on the fire source in a 360 degree total flooding type and extinguishing the fire in all direction and with zero obstruction. The working principle of FireLess 2.0
This fire-extinguishing device can rapidly extinguish many kinds of fires with super high efficiency through multiple physical and chemical actions . The detailed processes are shown as the following
The metal salt particles in fire extinguishing agent occur hot melting ,gasification, and other physical endothermic processes at high temperature and absorb a lot of heat, and quickly reduce the flame temperature.
Under the action of heat, the metal ions that produced by the decomposition of the extinguishing agent or the cations which lost its electrons can react with the active groups in the combustion process and consume a large number of active groups repeatedly, thus reducing the combustion free radicals
The particles in the fire extinguishing agent are small and numerous. They have large surface area and surface energy which can adsorb the active groups in combustion and produce chemical action. They consume a large number of active groups and reduce the burning free radicals.
A large number of inert gases such as N2 and CO2 produced by extinguishing agent can reduce the oxygen concentration in combustion and prevent further combustion.
