Product Introduction of Aeropak Heat Resistant Paint For Engines

Aeropak heat resistant paint for engines is made of high quality organic silicone anti-heat resin by advanced technology. The paint film keeps its original performance at 300℃ high temperature for a long time ,and the silver color can endure 400℃.Better performance can be achieved if roasting at 200℃.It can be applied to chimney, pipeline, auto or motor exhaust pipe, and other parts, which work at high temperature. Its film is humidity-resistant, waterproof and weather-resistant, but should avoid contacting with gasoline.

Product Parameter of Aeropak Heat Resistant Paint For Engines

Aeropak heat resistant paint for engines is a protective and decorative paint which is heat stable for temperatures up to 600°C.

It is suitable for use on domestic stoves, furnace chimneys, industrial ovens and exhausts.

It can be used as a single coat, or two coats on bare ferrous metal surfaces.

Directions of Aeropak Heat Resistant Paint For Engines

1. Remove thoroughly the oil, soil, water stain and dust from the surface to be sprayed.

2. Shake the can well for about half a minute before spraying.

3. Apply first on an invisible part to make sure the selected color is well matched

4. Keep 15 cm away from the surface to be sprayed.

5. In case of little paint or only gas out, turn the nozzle 180° and try again.

6. During spraying, keep the can upright within a vertical angle of 45°.

7. After use, clear the valve and nozzle by spraying upside down for a few seconds.

packaging and shipping

All products according to12 pieces/ 24 pieces/ 48 pieces in a carton, with crosswise card to seperate each can, and protect each can from scratching.

If shipped by LCL, we will pack all the goods onto pallet, and wrap with plastic film to protect the goods safe in transportation, and make sure you will receive the ordered quantity of goods (will not get loss of the goods) .

For Full container loading, we will ship only by DG cargo container ( UN1950, IMO 2), and will put a net at the back of container to prevent goods drop down and hit workers on the ground.
