The advantages of the electric control system for aerial work vehicles are as follows:
1. Remote Troubleshooting: The system is equipped with a 4G communication module that can connect to the Internet. In case of a malfunction, users can contact the after-sales personnel on-site, and the after-sales personnel can remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug the system through the Internet. Data can be directly uploaded to the server via the MOOT protocol, and features such as remote monitoring of vehicle location, remote lock/unlock can be added.
2. Wireless Debugging (WIFI): The system's USB interface can connect to a wireless network card, allowing engineers to perform wireless debugging without physical connections.
3. Fault Diagnosis: The system is equipped with fault diagnosis function. When a device malfunctions, users can enter the fault diagnosis interface to diagnose the status of various actuators and quickly identify the cause of the problem, which will be displayed on the screen.
4. Data Black Box: The system is equipped with a large 4GB memory, with the system occupying about 50% of the memory. The remaining 2GB can be used for data storage. The system records important data such as boom movements and faults for nearly a month, similar to the function of an aircraft's black box.
5. Automatic Platform Alignment: Existing aerial work vehicles in the market often impose restrictions on the rotation of the platform when retracting the boom. When the boom angle is below -5°, the rotation of the platform is limited. To align the boom properly during retraction, operators have to rely on visual observation, which may require multiple adjustments and may not result in accurate center alignment. This can affect the operator's experience and even lead to accidents if the boom is not properly aligned. However, if there are no rotation restrictions on the platform, rotation at a low boom angle may cause the boom to collide with other parts of the vehicle, resulting in damage. The system provides automatic platform alignment, with a corresponding function button on the remote control. When activated, the platform will automatically align itself to facilitate proper boom retraction.
6. Voice Alarm: The system provides voice announcements for common fault statuses and other restricted conditions. When a fault or restricted condition occurs, the system will repeatedly voice alarm to remind the operator and nearby personnel.
7. Integrated Oil-Electric Winch: The system is equipped with an integrated oil-electric winch that combines the rope tension sensor and angle sensor inside the winch. The sensor harness is integrated within a hose with the same size as the hydraulic hose and operates along with the hydraulic hose, thus avoiding the problem of sensor cable breakage.
