2. Description:
The main components of the led filament lamp are: light source, bracket, blister, driver, lamp holder. Production process: light source - spot welding - bubble - assembly - aging - full inspection - packaging. Drive production process: SMD - reflow - plug-in - wave soldering - full inspection. Light source production process: solid crystal - wire - drying - with plastic - dispensing - drying - slices - full inspection.
The main production cost of the filament lamp are light source and driver, better quality led chip with led driver can produce a perfect bulbs.
Filament lamps have warm light, natural white, pure white, and cold white, warm light generally marked 2700K and 3000K or so, natural white is generally marked 4000K, pure white is generally marked 5500K or so. Cold white is 6000K.
Also it can customize RGB color, red color, green color and blue color. The RGB color looks amazing. It is widely used for decoration lighting, such as Christmas.
3. LED Filament Bulb Compare to traditional bulbs:
1. LED filament bulbs have the advantage of energy saving. After actual test and use, the energy consumption of white LEDs is only 1/10 of that of incandescent lamps and 1/4 of that of energy-saving lamps. LED bulbs have a clear advantage in terms of energy saving.
2. LED filament bulb has a long service life characteristics. Under normal circumstances, the service life of LED bulbs can reach more than 100,000 hours. For ordinary home lighting, this can be called "once and for all."
3. The quality of LED filament bulbs is more assured, can withstand a variety of frequent power off. The LED light bulb can work at high speed, and if the energy-saving lamp is frequently turned on or off, the filament will be black and quickly broken.

A2. Yes, we do, if order quantity is more than 5000pcs, no extra cost, it is free of charge to make your box.
Q3. What kind of dimmable driver do you use?
A3. We have 2 types, one is triac dimmable driver without flicker, another is IC linear dimmable which the cost is more competitive.
Q4: How many warranty for the led filament bulb?
A4: We have 2 types bulbs, Europe market products pass CE RoHS, which offer 2 years warranty. North America products pass UL, we provide 3 years warranty.
Q5: Can you produce RGB led filament bulbs? MOQ?
A5: Yes, we can make RGB led filament bulbs, MOQ is 1000pcs for each item.
Q6: If the products are failure, what should i do?
A6: Please ask the electrician to check out the failure reason, and send us pictures and video for the failure products, if it is due to our quality problem, we will send you new goods bulbs for free replacement.
