1. Description:
ST64 led filament bulbs have 3 wattage, 4w, 6w annd 8w. We have a smaller same type it is ST45, size is 45mm*90mm, and ST58 size is 58*128mm. The voltage could be AC220V-240V for Europe and AC120V for North America, both can make dimmable version. The glass cover is clear, milky cover, frosted cover, and amber cover are available. It is non waterproof IP20 which only can use for indoor lighting as a light source. The base is E27 and E26. Light output is 800LM for 8W, luminous efficiency is 100LM per wattage.

4. Installation manual:
1. Please cut off the main power and moving out the old lamp, meanwhile, please ensure your hands are dry. And there must be a person to watch out in case of any danger.
2. Please install our LED filament bulb, the socket must match bulb's base. If the socket is E27, then make sure you are installing E27 base bulbs, the wrong base and socket will cause short circuit.
3. Please carefully check the installation again to make sure everything is ok, then switch on. Finally bulb will show a nice lighting performance.
5. FAQ:
Q1: Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A1: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q2: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A2: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q3: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A3: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q4: Can you produce RGB led filament bulbs? MOQ?
A4: Yes, we can make RGB led filament bulbs, MOQ is 1000pcs for each item.
Q5: If the products are failure, what should i do?
A5: Please ask the electrician to check out the failure reason, and send us pictures and video for the failure products, if it is due to our quality problem, we will send you new goods bulbs for free replacement.
