DESCRIPTION

PG-50 Powder waterproofing agentdry powder system with the use of liquid silicone waterproofing materials corresponding properties. Fine particles is a ternary member, by a powder carrier, the coating material and readily dispersible colloidal silicone active ingredients. Colloidal stability of the coating material can save the active ingredients in powder and timely release of water in the future. This product can be applied to various types of substrates is necessary to prevent infiltration of liquid water. Excellent dispersibility in water, and silicone-based products, capable of withstanding UV (ultraviolet) degradation. After curing mortar base can instantly produce waterproof effect.

USES AND APPLICATION

Can be added in cement-based composite material in dry spices, improve water resistance of the material itself;

In stucco, plastering, caulks, exterior insulation system, mortar and stucco decoration and other applications, can form a barrier to prevent penetration by capillary liquid water

HOW TO USE

PG-50 Powder waterproofing agent is a dry powder water repellent material, add in the finished dry mortar. Dosage weight in dry feed ingredients than the 0.2% -2.5%, the best of the added amount should be determined by laboratory evaluation. The water absorption of the final formulation may be optimized to be consistent with the expected value. PD-50 powder water repellent cement-based materials can be used to stir the industry-standard equipment and construction.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

After sealing packaging products stored in a cool, dry place ,PD-50 Powder waterproofing agent has a shelf life of 36 months from date of manufacture.
