I. overview

SSR (solid state relay) zero crossing power control is applied in heating system. The input signal is analog quantity: 4-20mA, 1-5V, 2-10v, generating PWM duty cycle control (fixed cycle) or CYC variable cycle zero crossing control. With manual operation and power limit function. With the variable period zero crossing control mode, the total power load current is relatively balanced due to the uniform distribution of load current according to sine wave, the randomness and superposition of multiple equipment operation, which improves the regulation accuracy and power utilization efficiency, and avoids the ammeter and piezometer. With the increase of capacity of power equipment, the power saving effect is very obvious.

1. Maximum value adjustment: when the input signal is maximum, adjust the max potentiometer. When the L5 light is on, it indicates the corresponding maximum output (full voltage).

2. Minimum value adjustment: when the input signal is the minimum, adjust the Min potentiometer. When light L4 is on, it means corresponding minimum output (0V)
