Installation Method for Micro-Perforated Aluminum Composite Acoustic Panels – Ceiling Suspension

1. Measure the installation height of the micro-perforated aluminum composite acoustic panels according to the design drawings, and determine the ceiling level. Fix the edge trim along the perimeter of the wall at the marked level.

2. Determine the installation direction and drill suspension holes in the ceiling structure at intervals of ≤ 1200mm. Use expansion bolts to secure the suspension rods.

3. Fix the light steel keel hangers and the light steel keels, ensuring that the keels are adjusted to a level position. Make sure each keel is parallel to the others.

4. Use special hook keel hangers to secure the special hook keels onto the light steel keels. Adjust them to ensure they are level and tighten the screws on the hangers. The special hook keels must be parallel to each other and perpendicular to the light steel keels.

5. Hang the special hook panels onto the special hook keels in order. Pay attention to the correct installation sequence.

6. Measure the dimensions of the edges based on the site conditions and place the panels on the edge trims.

7. During installation, ensure that your hands are clean and free from sweat, oil, or any other contaminants to avoid surface damage.
