300ML Shear Strength Black Color Fast Cure Sealant For Automotive Windshield Cola Parabrisa

Junbond^® JB-19 is one-component moisture curable polyurethane sealant. It has excellent bonding and sealing performance. No corrosion and pollution to substrates, environment friendly, no bubbles during application etc.

Application environment temperature 5~35℃, humidity 50~70%RH. When the temperature below 5℃, recommended place products in the environment of 30~40℃ for 1H (No more than 3H).

Cautions

• Keep away from children.
• Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician.

Operation:

Clean before operation

Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease,

frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating. Dust and loose particles should be cleaned.

Direction of operation

Tool:Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun

For cartridge

1. Cut nozzle to give the required angle and bead size
2.Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle
3.Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength
