Junbond Insulating Glass Sealant is a Structural Silicone Sealant which is a Neutral Cure Sealant. It is certified by CE/KKDIK/SGS/ISO, and its specific quantity is 190L+19L. It is designed for high temperature resistance, with maximum temperature up to ≤120℃. With the excellent tear strength of ≥14N/mm, it is also suitable for low temperature environment with the temperature resistance up to ≤-40℃. By using Junbond Insulating Glass Sealant, you can have a reliable seal for insulating glass with an easy operation.
Insulating Glass Sealant is typically packaged and shipped in 5-gallon plastic pails with a lid. The pails are filled with the product and sealed with a lid. The pails are then shrink-wrapped and placed on a pallet. Once placed on the pallet, the pails are secured with shrink-wrap and/or stretch wrap.
The pallet is then secured to a truck for shipment with straps. The shipment is then sent to its destination. The truck must be able to carry a maximum weight of 1,500 pounds.
