adapter is caused by electronic component,false soldering,
so enough testing step is essential,especially the burn-in test,this is key to
prevent defective electronic part and false soldering,please see the below
blue words part,including the raw material inspection we have 10 step
test.We have inspection for each small step,we have intelligent burn-in
room,our product 100% full load 4 hours burn-in test.After these ten step
testing,our defective rate can be controlled to be less than 0.1%.Much more
lower then average 0.3%.
We use PE bag packing the product first,then come into below kind of carton.In this way the product can be properly protected during transportation.
