Installation Steps:
Choose Power Adapter: Select a power adapter with an output of 9 - 24VDC 1A for independent power supply.
Power Supply from Brake Controller: When using a brake controller for power supply, ensure the output current is not less than 200mA.
Installation Height: For lanes, the optimal height between the radar center and the ground is 50 - 60cm.
Distance from Fence: The distance between the center of the radar and the fence pole (for octagonal fence) should not be less than 25cm, and for right-angle fence, it should not be less than 30cm.
Installation Orientation: The radar should be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane and fixed securely.
Detection Range Surface: The ground within the detection range should be flat without any obstacles. When the angle between the passing vehicle and the radar is greater than 30 degrees, set up road barriers to guide the vehicle through.

Setting and Saving Radar Parameters:
Enter the Menu: Press and hold the function key until the desired menu number is selected, then release the key. The corresponding parameter green light will turn on.
Amend Parameters: Click the function key to change the current parameter.
Save Parameters: Press and hold the function key until the red indicator lights 1, 2, and 3 flash simultaneously, then release. The parameters will be changed and saved.
Quick Setting (Items Must Be Set Up):
Straight pole lane application settings (2 steps):
Step 1: Set the application scene to straight rod mode (Menu6).
Step 2: Set the detection distance (Menu1).
Fence lane application settings (3 steps):
Step 1: Set the application scenario to fence mode (Menu6).
Step 2: Set the detection distance (Menu1).
Step 3: Set the gate closing speed (accurate to 1 second) (Menu3).
Trigger mode application settings (3 steps):
Step 1: Set the application scenario to trigger mode (Menu6).
Sensitivity Setting: For electric vehicles, the recommended setting is middle or low, and for pedestrian passageways, it is middle or high. In certain situations, one can be set in the middle, and the other in high or low.
Pedestrian and Vehicle Distinction Setting: It is strongly recommended to set "No distinction between pedestrians and vehicles" in non-necessary situations. For electric vehicle passages or pedestrian passages, this setting should be used. Otherwise, set "Distinguish between pedestrian and vehicle" to prevent gate closing accidents caused by non-vehicle passing.
Relay Output Delay: In trigger mode, when the delay is set to 0, it is a vehicle presence output; otherwise, it is a pulse output, and the pulse output time range is 1 - 6 seconds.
On-Site Debugging:
Straight pole lane mode: After the brake bar lever is raised, trigger the radar at a close range with the palm, and the gate will automatically close after leaving. Within the set detection distance, the brake lever will rebound when the human body approaches the brake lever, and the brake lever can automatically close in place when the human body is far away from the brake lever. (Used to change the closing gate speed parameter of high-speed gates, and the response speed of the radar can be adjusted).
Fence lane mode: If the remote control gate is opened and closed in place repeatedly, the fence will not trigger the radar. After completion, test in the same way as the above-mentioned straight pole lane. (If the radar of any of the above links is activated by the fence itself, please eliminate according to section 12 "General troubleshooting" article 1).
Trigger mode: Refer to the debugging method of the straight pole lane mode.
General Troubleshooting:
Radar Triggered by Fence: Check if the distance between the radar and the center of the fence complies with the installation requirements and if the radar installation surface is vertical to the fence pole. Adjust the installation position or add a 2 - 4mm spacer to the side of the radar close to the fence. Ensure the set opening speed is not greater than the actual closing gate speed. Check if there is a distinction between people and vehicles; if not necessary, set it to "No distinction between people and vehicles" and lower the sensitivity by one level.
Radar Output Not Reset: The set distance is greater than the lane, a foreign object is detected on the ground, or the radar is not installed vertically. If the problem persists after troubleshooting, enter menu 2 and select until the 3 green lights flash simultaneously, then long press the function key to perform "Radar Initialization". After initialization, power on again.
Three Lights Always On: If the radar initialization is unsuccessful and still doesn't work after repeated restarts, return to the factory for inspection.
Green Light 1 and 3 Flashing: When the radar judges that the gate is triggered during the closing state or there is a rebound signal at the edge of the X beam, and the radar cannot distinguish whether it is a fence or a vehicle, it will delay opening the gate after the gate is opened or the signal disappears and there is no vehicle passing. This is a safety mechanism to prevent smashing the rear of the car and does not require handling.
