1. Long Battery Life

 

The transmitter of the BP-20 utilizes battery power for operation. Thanks to JUTAI's low-power consumption technology, it boasts an extended battery life of at least 2 years. This ensures stable and reliable performance over a long period, reducing the need for frequent battery replacements and providing continuous security monitoring.

2. Enhanced Protection

 

Covered with a shielded panel, the BP-20 effectively protects the photocell from physical interferences and adverse weather conditions. The use of UV-resistant material and high-quality infrared beam technology prevents distance attenuation that could occur due to long-term exposure to strong sunlight. This means the sensor maintains its detection accuracy and reliability even in harsh outdoor environments.

IV. Operation and Installation

 

  1. Begin by fixing the bottom shell of the sensor firmly to the installation surface.
  2. Place the top shell with the convex mirror onto the bottom shell.
  3. Use M3*6 screws to securely fasten the top and bottom shells together.
  4. Conduct a test by placing an obstacle in the path of the infrared beam. When the beam is interrupted, the receiving end relay should output a signal. For example, in a parking barrier gate application, if a vehicle parks in the path of the gate and breaks the beam, the photocells will send a signal to the gate control board to stop the gate from closing, preventing any potential damage to the vehicle.
