Connections

Indicators and Switches:

• Power LED (RED): Illuminates to indicate "Power ON."
• CH1 Detecting LED:
  • Continuous illumination: Indicates vehicle detection.
  • Slow blinking: Signals a loop short circuit or insufficient twists after the loop.
  • Fast blinking: Indicates a loop open circuit or excessive twists after the loop.
• CH2 Detecting LED:
  • Continuous illumination: Signals vehicle detection.
  • Slow blinking: Indicates a loop short circuit or insufficient twists after the loop.
  • Fast blinking: Indicates a loop open circuit or excessive twists after the loop.

Sensitivity Selection:

• Sensitivity and frequency adjustments are facilitated via a 7-way dip switch and 10-way dip switch settings.
• Users can select from 8 different settings by adjusting the dip switch positions based on the provided tables.
• Dip switches 6, 7, and 8 regulate CH1 sensitivity, with 0.8 representing the least sensitive and 0.015 indicating the most sensitive setting.
• Dip switches 3, 4, and 5 control CH2 sensitivity, with 0.8 representing the least sensitive and 0.015 indicating the most sensitive setting.

(2)(Switch 1=S1) D3, D4, D5 and (Switch 2=S2) D1, D2 Setting Special Functions (Mode1, 2, 3 Direction Detection. Mode 4, 5, 6 Normal mode, two loop detection are separated)

(3)(Switch 1=S1) D6 & D7 & D8 and (Switch 2=S2) D3 & D4 & D5 Setting CH1 and CH2 Sensitivity Selection (Eight Levels Choices).

*Reset Button: Kindly note that the LD-200 requires resetting each time a setting change is applied to the Dip switches.

Installation Precautions and Troubleshooting:

• Coil Cutting Size and Embedding Guidelines are illustrated in the diagram on the right.
• It is advisable to utilize ferromagnetic wires for the induction coil, with a total length of up to 500 meters.
• The coil cutting size should be a rectangle with dimensions ranging from 1.0 to 2.0 meters in length and 0.8 to 1.2 meters in width, minimizing right angles at corners whenever possible.

Working Principle

Direction Recognition

The Direction Recognition Function of LD-200/LD-202 ensures that the detector does not trigger the signal again when the car passes another UHF reader, recording only the entry or exit records in the system.

Application

• JUTAI LD200/202 double channels vehicle loop detector series, equipped with direction recognition function, suitable for many single-channel entry and exit cases.
• Can connect to JUTAI One door controller (Model: AC-11), JUTAI gate barrier (Model: BR-110), and JUTAI long-range RFID reader (Model: PUHF-9), combined with high-temperature resistance loop coils (Model: JTHT-11), ideal for single-channel entry/exit access control systems.

Functionality as Two Independent Single-channel Loop Detectors

• LD-200/202 can function as two independent single-channel loop detectors, suitable for standard one-in and one-out parking lots.
• One loop coil triggers the reader and reads the card, while the other is dedicated to the barrier's anti-smashing function.
• This configuration reduces hardware costs associated with using separate detectors for each function, offering potential cost-saving benefits from an economic standpoint.
• Achieved by enabling the Independent Working Mode feature of the LD-200/202, allowing it to operate effectively in this dual capacity.
