There are three types of electric braking methods for three-phase industrial induction motors: energy consumption braking, reverse braking and regenerative braking. Induction motor, also known as "asynchronous motor", that is, the rotor is placed in the rotating magnetic field, and under the action of the rotating magnetic field, a rotating torque is obtained, so the rotor rotates.
The appearance and internal structure of the three-phase industrial induction motor. Rotors are rotating conductors, usually in the shape of a squirrel cage. The stator is the part of the motor that does not rotate, and the main task is to generate a rotating magnetic field. Rotating magnetic fields are not implemented mechanically.
