Compared with centrifugal fans, axial flow fans have the following main characteristics:
The rotor structure of the axial flow fan is more complex than the rotor of the centrifugal fan, there are many rotating parts, the manufacturing accuracy requirements are high, and the quality requirements of the blade materials are also high. Therefore, the operating reliability of axial flow fan is slightly worse than that of centrifugal fans.
