Specification:
Grassland Cut-off Wheels are manufactured in accordance with MPA safety requirement and ISO 9001 standard. All of them are externally reinforced with layers of fiberglass for maximum safety, and can reduce cutting time 50%, require less force and provide vibration-free cutting, no burring to avoid rework.The content of Iron,sulphur and chlorine less than 0.1%.
Two layers of fiberglass mesh reinforcement give these wheels at least three times the life of standard cutoff wheels when cutting metal such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and steel. Choose coarser grit for fast cuts; choose finer grit for smooth cuts.
These cutting discs are tough abrasive, ideal for high-performance cutting in all types of ferrous metals, stainless steel / steel / copper / brass / aluminium.Super-fast clean cutting in carbon steel, pipe, iron, copper tubing, and all other ferrous metals.
Applications: They are commonly used in building, shipbuilding, metal, foundry, engineering, chemical and other industries as well as in smaller workshops. They can be used on portable electrically or pneumatically driven portable horizontal/vertical spindle grinders.
