Grassland Cut-off Wheels use the excellent materials and exquisite technology guarantee the good protection of stainless steel work pieces, high cutting efficiency and the best economic effectsThe abrasive wheels with different specifications can be selected by users according to cutting objects.are manufactured in accordance with MPA safety requirement and ISO 9001 standard. They are specially designed for aggressive removal of materials without loading and very fast stock removal on metal and stainless steel. All of them are externally reinforced with layers of fiberglass for maximum safety, and can reduce cutting time 50%, require less force and provide vibration-free cutting, no burring to avoid rework.The content of Iron,sulphur and chlorine less than 0.1%.The products are widely applied to cutting of stainless steel and metal products.
The most commonly used abrasives for the cutting of different materials are Silicon Carbide and Aluminium Oxide. Silicon carbide is suitable for non-ferrous metals whereas Aluminium oxide is preferred for ferrous metals. Hard wheels are used for cutting soft materials while soft wheels are recommended for cutting harder materials. Grassland type wheels are used to obtain superior cut surfaces.
