Grassland cutting discs are made from High performance aluminum oxide abrasives for faster cutting and longer life in one Produced to the highest of standards these wheels are designed for fabricators and engineers that need a blade that not only cuts quickly but also has a good blade life.The content of Iron,sulphur and chlorine less than 0.1%.
The saw's cutoff motion drops the disc down through the material for a clean cut at a straight 90 degrees. Metal discs for cutoff saws may require lubrication from saw wax to prevent overheating. Cutoff saws are used for cutting pipe, metal studs, metal strap and square metal stock.
