According to your detailed information of your workpiece,like the size of it,the weight of it,the outoput capacity a day(8 hours),the size of your workshop,what industrial voltage you need, and so on.As per your information,our engineer will give you the perfect designing scheme.
Automatic powder coating booth is an important part of a full automatic line, it can be devided into 3 styles according to its material: Galvanized steel booth, PP booth, stainless steel booth.

Pre-treatment includes degreasing,water rinsing,phosphating,water rinsing.
Can be in spraying style or in dipping tank style. |

Water curing-off oven is used to dry off the water after pre-treatment,in order to save time and make the powder cover on the workpiece well before entring the powder coating booth.

Powder coating booth is made of cold rolled steel sheet or PP panel sheet.
PP Panel powder coating booth can change color quickly. If you need to change color quickly,we recommend you use PP Panel powder coating booth. |

Powder curing oven is used to curing the powders to level into a uniform film which effectively protects the workpiece from external corrosion.

C,We can arrange installers to your factory to guide the installation work if needed,this service is chargeable.
D,After the debugging, will provide complete training and track the equipment's usage regularly.
3. How is your company's after-sales service done?
