Your work piece need to be the metal parts, and you want your work piece could corrosion resistant, rust resistant, sun proof. You will spray powder on the surface, then curing under the temperature 180~250 Celsius（356~482 Fahrenheit）. Your work piece maybe the doors, fence, aluminium, street poles, transformer, wheels, shopping cart, textile machinery, electric control box, motor parts, and so on, just like the pictures below.
We will supply not only the powder curing oven, but also the powder coating booth, or the totally automatic powder coating line if you have large production.

Product Description
Our oven can help you curing the powder after you finish the powder coating work for your metal parts.
The wall of the oven we use the 150mm thickness rock wool panel usually, and the heating system you can choose natural gas, LPG, diesel or electric.
We suggest the natural gas and LPG heating system first, as the using cost for the natural gas and LPG is not so much, also the 2 heating system is much more clean than diesel. And usually we don't suggest the electric heating, as it will use a lot of power in the afterdays.
We provide free designing service,according to your actual condition, we will draw a suitable size oven for you. So hope you could help us to know more details about your work piece.
The blue color powder coating booth and oven project was designed for our Australia customer who supply the powder coating service to all kinds of metal parts. And this equipment asked for heavy bearing for the rail, and bigger production, so we designed for the top sliding trolley type.
Rock Wool Panel
We use rock wool panel to build the oven. The thickness is 150 mm, and the density for the rock wool is 100 kg/ cubic meter. And we use 75 mm thick panel for the ground
Heating Unit
The heating way can be natural gas, diesel or the electric. And the heating unit can but beside the oven, or on the top of the oven to save space
Control Box
You can set the curing temperature, curing time for the oven. And there is emergency stop, high temperature alarm on the control box

The goods will be packed by plastic foam and have cushion effect, with wire fixation. And we will package the heavy parts together so it can easily moved by the forklift, like the rock wool panel.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: About 45 workdays after received the deposit.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T, Irrevcoable L/C. 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shippment.
Q: Can engineers service overseas?
A: Yes, total no problem.
Q: What about the guarantee period?
A:You will have 12 months guarantee time for the powder coating booth, if the parts broken as our mistake, we will send you by DHL.
But as we do the pre install before the laoding, so this situation won't very easy to happen we believe.
