OEM control system qualification is a stringent process in which details of the control system design, architecture and performance are carefully scrutinized and tested to ensure that OEM turbine performance requirements are met. Qualification includes verification of I/O signal processing accuracy, software algorithms, and control system execution that meet OEM requirements.
Woodward’s easily configurable 505 controller with integrated operator control panel (OCP) has specifically-designed screens, algorithms, and event recorders to simply its use in controlling industrial steam turbines or turboexpanders, driving generators, compressors, pumps, or industrial fans.
The 9907-162 module provides advanced control functionality, allowing for precise and responsive regulation of various industrial processes and equipment. It offers accurate control over critical variables, enhancing system performance and efficiency.
The module provides communication interfaces for seamless integration with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems or other control networks. It supports industry-standard protocols, enabling remote monitoring and control of parameters.
