Product description
The working principle of alcohol recovery tower uses the principle that the boiling point of alcohol is lower than that of other solutions, and the temperature slightly higher than the boiling point of alcohol is used to heat and volatilize the dilute alcohol solution to be recovered. After the tower body is refined, pure alcohol gas is separated out to improve the concentration of alcohol solution, so as to achieve the purpose of alcohol recovery.
The alcohol recovery tower is composed of tower bottom, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer tank and high-level storage tank. It is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical industry and other industries. The contact parts between the equipment and materials are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, which has good corrosion resistance And it has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, reducing production costs and improving efficiency. The device can distill the dilute alcohol from 30 to 50 degrees to 93 degrees to 95 degrees. The residual liquid is discharged with low alcohol content and meets the requirements of environmental protection.
The device adopts high-efficiency stainless steel corrugated packing, and the contact material part is made of stainless steel. The external surface of the equipment is Matt, which meets the GMP medical standard.
