Description

SZG double cone vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying device developed by our factory in combination with domestic similar product technology, which has a two-stage elastic connection mode of belt and chain, so the equipment runs smoothly. The specially designed tooling fully embodies the good concentricity of the two shafts, and the heat medium and vacuum system use rotary joints with reliable American technology . On this basis, we have developed SZG-A, which can be used for stepless speed regulation and constant temperature control.

The heating mediums for our products are readily available ranging from high temperature heat conduction oil, medium temperature steam and low temperature hot water and etc... When drying viscous materials, our factory will specially design a "frying plate" structure or set up balls for you in the tank.

Working Principle

As a specialized company in drying industry, we supply over one hundred sets to the customers every year. As for working medium, it may be thermal oil or steam or hot water. For drying the adhesive raw material, we have designed specially a stirring plate buffer for you. The biggest may be 8000L. Let heat source (for example, low pressure steam or thermal oil) pass through the sealed jacket. The heat will be transmitted to raw material to be dried through inner shell; under driving of power, the tank is rotated slowly and the raw material inside it is mixed continuously. The purpose of reinforced drying can be realized; the raw material is under vacuum. The drop of steam pressure makes the moisture (solvent) at the surface of raw material reach the state of saturation and evaporate. The solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump and recovered in time. The inner moisture (solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously. The three processes are carried out unceasingly and the purpose of drying can be realized within a short time.

Main Application

This series double cone vacuum dryer can mix and dry the powder, crystal material and granule material in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, metallurgy industry, construction, etc. It can also be used for the concentration of the liquor, disinfection and germicide of the material. The moisture of the material can be dried to be lower than 0.5%.The machine can save energy sources with low labor and high efficiency, and it only needs 2-4 hours to dry the material (<40% humidity content).

The equipment can meet different needs of raw materials. Besides the mentioned raw materials in basic model, there are hymenal, A. B. C intermediate, cosmetic powder, ABS resin, white carbon black, tea, catalyst of oxailc acid, promote agent m. d. m, catalyst, deposited carbon powder, N-acetyl- sulfanily chloride, p-aminosalicylic acid, p-phthalic acid, diethyl aniline, titanium dioxide, active carbon, sodium fluosilicate, ammonium sulphate, powder of silicon glue, synthesis resin, calcium sulphate, PP resin, aureomycin, sodium polaysilicate, oral glucose, sodium sulphate, mine of sulphate, mine of phosphorus, BB blue, melting phosphorus fertilizer, tetracycline, ferric oxide, calcium carbonate, titanium/ferric mine, copper mine, powder of white potato, tail coal, stearate, zein, medicine, medical agent, ferric oxide, lees residue and so on.

Remarks:

1. Speed adjusting motor of 0-6rpm might be chosen according to the user's requirements. The following aspects should be point out when to order:

2.The above-mentioned parameters are calculated based on material density of 0.6g/cm3. If it's over, please point out.

3. If certificate for pressure vessel is required, please point out.

4. If glass lining for interior surface is required, please point out.

5. If the material is explosive, or flammable, the calculation should be made according to trial result.

Features of Rotary Vacuum Dryer

When oil is used to heat, you can use automatic constant temperature to control. It can be used for drying biology products . Its temperature of operation can be adjusted between 20-160 ℃ .

Compared to ordinal dryer, its heat efficiency will be 2 times higher.

The heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP. It is easy in washing and maintenance.

The heat source can use steam, hot water, thermal oil, and electricity. If the customer required increasing the drying capacity by add more trays, please specify in the order.
