Recommended application:

Separator used for out of autoclave section,The bricks after steaming will have certain sticky ,Use separator to separate blocks.

Working principle:

When finished product transport to the bottom of separator to separate the finished products layer by layer from up to down (upper separating part clamp tightly up finished product block,lower layer separator clamp tightly lower finished product block,finished this,extend separator oil cylinder, to separate upper separating parts and lower layer separating parts, then separate block,and so on.

Separator structure:

AAC block separator is composed of cross beam,vertical beam,separating parts and lifting trolley .

Cross beam,vertical beam,separating parts and lifting trolley are made of shape steel,assembled by steel plate.

Power provided by hydraulic station.

Separator features:

AAC blocks easily stick together again after steamed,separator automatically separate it layer by layer before packing.

Eliminate waste blocks,substandard blocks caused by stick,Promise packing running normal at the same time.

Separator lifting drived by hydraulic ,finished by transmission device and abutment beam,transmission device has imported encode,can accurately control the block lifting position;lifting speed and powder can adjusted based on request.

Separator setup have automatic and manual operation ways,on hydraulic transmission oil recycle tube setup coarse, fine filter,Automatic alarm when local clogging occurs in the filter,automatic emergency treatment.
