Description:
The screw conveyor is the raw material conveying equipment in the production of aerated concrete block, and is the necessary aerated concrete supporting equipment.It is used to transport lime powder and cement in the production of aerated concrete blocks, connecting raw material (cement, lime, gypsum) tanks and weighing containers in complete equipment.In the process of conveying materials spiral conveyors to materials for stirring, mixing, heating and cooling operations.Spiral Conveyor Construction principle: The spiral conveyor is a new type of conveying equipment which USES a rotating spiral body to continuously transport powdered raw materials of aerated concrete in a closed shell with circular section.The spiral blade welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor can be changed into different blades according to different materials. Blade types are mainly divided into solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type, etc.The screw shaft on the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing, which is used to give the axial reaction force to the screw, and it is located at the end of the material movement direction.
