Functions:
Aerated concrete block tilting table is an embryo body tilting device to remove the bottom and top wastes, thus improving the utilization rate and yield of waste products.
Working principle:
The ground reverse turntable is a special equipment for removing the waste at the bottom of the cutting and forming billet.The turning table is mainly composed of reversing frame, blank body trolley, side plate trolley, moving device, pressing rod, roller, turning seat and bearing, etc.The reverse and movement are controlled by hydraulic cylinder.
The function of the inverted peeling equipment of aerated concrete is to turn the wracking body of aerated concrete over 90 degrees after cutting, so as to remove the waste products at the bottom and the top, and the waste products enter the water circulation system, so as to improve the utilization rate and the rate of finished products of the waste products.
The turnover table solves the problem of difficult removal of waste at the bottom of traditional blank body, improves the yield of aerated concrete block entering autoclave, and improves the production efficiency of enterprises.
Remarks:
The above mentioned theoretical capacity does not include possible production waste, broken material, reduction in net volume, etc.
This capacity is calculated on the basis that above mentioned rising and autoclaving times can be met and is considered at a 100% mould utilisation. These times are very depending on the quality of the raw materials and other conditions which are under the responsibility of the Purchaser. These times might also extend in case of increased future reinforced element production.
