Cross Cutting Machine
Structure:
A set of cutting machines consists of a horizontal cutting machine, a vertical cutting machine, a cutting cart, and special guides for cutting shopping carts.Tongue and groove making devices, hand hole making devices and vacuum suction caps are optional.
Working Principle:
The cutting line on the horizontal cutter is fixed to the guide post, while the cutting line on the vertical cutter is compressed by a tensioning cylinder.
Place the green cake on the sloped hoof in the first cutting car and then it carries the green cake through the horizontal cutter.When the cake reaches the vertical cut section, it will be lifted to reduce vibration and cut on a vertical cutter.The moving gear box through the chain causes the cutting frame to move up and down while the two cutting frames swing with equal force from both sides.
The cylinder tension device drives the cutting line to reciprocate, thus forming the transverse cutting action.
