Work principles:

The Plug and unplug the brazing device uses a hoisting machine to drive the wire rope, and the guiding pulley is slidable in the C-shaped steel. The stability is good without any shaking and positioning deviation. Because there is no driving this time, we have made an automatic push-pull device for the mesh frame. Firstly, the bridge device is connected to the buffer frame by the oil cylinder, and then the cylinder of the 2m stroke is guided by the C-shaped steel, and the hook push plate pushes the mesh frame at the traveling wheel axle. Push the push-pull trolley to the designated position, insert and pull the spreader to use the winch to grab the mesh frame, insert and pull the spreader to hold the mesh frame, the bridge device is retracted, and the plug and spreader with the mesh frame Insert it into the cast mold and insert and remove the brazing task.​

Application:

Plug and unplug the brazing(As shown in the figure) is a special device for inserting the steel mesh into the casting body,It includes two processes: inserting and pulling the brazing. After fermentation and maintenance, the mold frame is removed, and the ALC panel is cut by the cutting machine.

Structure:

Installment:

Pilot running and debugging:

3.Push-pull car debugging

After the push-pull trolley is assembled on site, the cylinder is opened, and the push-pull trolley should be smooth and unobstructed, and the frame of the mesh should be pushed onto the bridge device; the cylinder should be retracted, and the push-pull trolley should be smooth and unobstructed, and the mesh frame should be pulled back. Cache on the shelf.

4.Plug and unplug the brazing spreader and mesh frame for debugging

After the mesh frame is completed on the site, the push-pull trolley is pushed onto the bridge device. When inserting and removing the spreader, the mesh frame support should be accurately grasped, and the mesh frame positioning pin should be accurately inserted into the mold positioning hole to complete the insertion,The insertion process is completed.

Maintenance and repair:
