Product introduction
The inverted spreader turns the blank body (with molds and side plates) in the air for 90 degrees, and then transfers it to the pouring back car for cyclic pouring. The inverted spreader is a key supporting equipment for assisting the operation of the airdrop cutting machine in the aerated concrete production line.
Technical characteristics
1. The airlift is equipped with a hydraulic lift and a double-beam and double-structure crane, which is used for stripping and lifting the blank body, etc.
2. The structure adopts hydraulic propeller to make the four hooks stretch and close automatically, so as to ensure stable operation when the embryo body is overturned.
3. The connection between the load beam and the spreader's lifting point can make the spreader turn horizontally or vertically. The spreader always takes this point as the axis point in the operation process and makes the spreader operate horizontally by adjusting the height of the two subsequent lifting points.
4. The lifting cylinder is used to lift the spreader. Through the meshing of synchronously moving gear and rack and the action of guide wheel, the four Angle lifting points of the spreader can be synchronously lifted up and down with rigid guidance, and the oil cylinder drives the connecting rod mechanism to realize the hook opening and close to grasp the steaming car, which is safe and reliable.
Compared with driving, aerated concrete tilting spindles are greatly reduced in installation height, span, power consumption and material cost.
