This 40G breakout Passive DAC cable is equiped with QSFP+ package at one side, and 4 of 10G SFP+ package at the other side. The max length for 40Gbase QSFP+ to 4x10G SFP+ DAC is 5-meter. For standard lengths we have 0.5m, 1m, 2m, 3m, 4m and 5m, if you need different lengths than our standard lengths welcome to contact us for customed. x in Part Number stands for any data from 0.3m to 5m.
The QSFP-4SFP10G-CU1M Compatible 40G QSFP+ to 4 x 10G SFP+ Direct Attach Cable operates over passive copper, which requires no additional power to ensure quality connectivity. This breakout cable is compliant with SFF-8436, SFF-8431 and SFP+ & QSFP MSA standards. It provides a connection of a 40G QSFP+ port on one end and to four 10G SFP+ ports on the other end and is suitable for cost-effective close-range interconnections within the equipment room of telecom operators or data centers, etc.
