What is the way to make channel letter sign?
1. Cut out the aluminum, stainless steel or iron sheet base on the designs, if use iron sheet, we will make coatings to protect it from rust.
2. Weld the cutted plate with certain depth of returns to get letter cabinet.
3. Polishing and painting.
4. Install led lights into the cabinet and solder connect the wires
5. Cut the acrylic board base on the design, and assemble it onto the chanel letter sign cabinet.
6. Test the lights.
How to choose channel letter sign?

Stainless steel, alumium, acrylic, iron are mostly chosen for indoor. stainless steel and aluminum are good for outdoor, small size channel letter sign choose stainless steel due to its good flexiability for welding , large size channel letter sign is good to use aluminum which is light weighted for mounting.
2. Led lights, Choose to use the led lights that owes CE, ROHS, UL certificates which help the sign working longer and reduce the chance of maintinence.
3. Sign measures, Store front sizes are different. Some are large some are small. If you have a large store front or background, the sign sizes are normally large to well display your signage. With large dimension sign, the sign depth normally large too to get a great 3D vision.But if the store front or background is not large which your sign is smaller comparatively, reduce the channel letter sign depth is a good idea.
4. Led power supply, Choose the famous brand power supply such as Meanwell, which is tested stable working for decades.
