Backlit Letter Sign Features
The backlit letter sign are made front side stainless steel or aluminum board with return welded into 3D frames. Normally for larger size of sign, we use aluminum to reduce the sign weight, smaller sign made from stainless steel to creat control the accuracy of backlit letter sign fabrication. aluminum and stainless steel materials are anti rust, and acid. The backlit letter sign backside normally comes with laser cutted acrylic base on design. Acrylic from backside has excellant light transmission. Inside of the letters there are led lights that lined into the letters. Pay attention to the lights layout as too long distance will make lights spot, too condense will make the signage very big power, not cost effective.
The backlit letter sign normally could be proceed with painting colors or electro plating into any metal colors like gold, silver, rose gold, bronze, copper etc. All the backlit letter sign front part are hand made exquisite apprearance, with good polishment, and assembly. The sign backsdie normally comes with screws which could help you screw the letters from wall. Or you could just choose to use silicone glue attach them to wall, which is very easy to cut them off from wall when doing mantinance.
