FAQ
Q1: Is it available for samples?
Answer: Yes and inventory sample could be Free, but you need pay freight for cost. As for high value or customized samples, we will charge some cost according to the customer’s requirement.
Q2: What is the lead time for samples?
Answer: if choose from inventory, we would send the samples out in 2 workdays. If customized sample or some special situation, we both could friendly discuss the delivery date.
Q3: What’s the lead time for production?
Answer: Normally 7-15 days depends on the order quantity and requirement.
Q4: Is it OK to make with customer’s brand name/logo?
Answer: Yes, we can print your logo on the product. If need emboss or deboss logo, it will need new mold.
Q5: What’s the MOQ?
Answer: For the parts with inventory, the MOQ is 100 pcs. If have to customized, normally the MOQ is 500pcs. Of course, the larger the quantity, the cheaper the price.
Q6:Payment term
1.30% deposit upon releasing order, 70% balance paid before shipping
2. As for small amount, it is better to pay 100% in advance to save bank charge
