1: What is 3D printing?
A: 3D printing is a digital manufacturing process that makes it possible to create a physical object from a 3D file. The object is formed by applying successive layers of solid material. 3D Printing also known as Additive Manufacturing(AM) as a general term that covers various techniques and it empowers designers and manufacturers print object of any shape and geometric dimension.
In simple words, it is one of the fastest modes of developing physical prototypes accurately and true to scale.

2 :How does 3D printing work?
A: 3D Printing process builds an object layer by layer to create a complex shape. In order to build this object we need a 3D file that contains accurate information about the geometry of the part. Then the information in this 3D file is sent to the 3D-printer that will build up the material matching the 3D file.3. Are you a factory or trading company?
A : We are a factory, we have 1000+ 3D printer and CNC machines and our factory covers an area of 3000 square meters.
4 : What kind of information you need for quoting?
A : Please send us the product drawing to us in Stp or IGS or X_T, then we will evaluate the cost of the product to you.
5 : What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A : Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Hight, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.
6 : Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A : Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.We could sign an NDA to make sure your ideas are protected.
7 : How long is your bulk production?
A : Generally, we need 5~10 days for prototype order, but it can be shortened for urgent order.
8 : How to delivery the goods?
A : We deliver the products by courier company.
