The disinfection principle of ultraviolet light?

What is UV lamp inactivation?
For molds and bacteria, UVC energy doses may not immediately cause cell death, but microorganisms may be "inactivated." This means that although some biological activity may still exist, cell replication is impossible. Microorganisms are no longer viable. In short, the target microorganism cannot reproduce, so it is harmless! Moreover, over time, small doses of UV-C can accelerate cell death. Because virus particles are not a form of life, we only rely on inactivation to get rid of our imminent harm.
